Great staff and management with forward thinking ideals and goals.

Training and learning opportunities provided and career advancement is frequently encouraged. Loved working there and had a great team. Everyone worked well together. Had daily meeting to help you in knowledge.

Didn't like closed lip giving us no heads up for layoffs. I was laid off twice. This is a good place to work in the Phillipines for those who are starting out. Starting from the bottom to getting to the top can happen really fast if you work hard there. I enjoyed working here. There are lots of opportunities at Sutherland.
